"I started my career in financial services at Vanguard’s headquarters in Valley Forge, PA—an experience that, in retrospect, gave me an incredible foundation for helping people improve their financial lives. It was also where I first discovered Barry’s blog and found that many of the ideas he shared reflected the same principles I was learning at Vanguard. After moving back to New York, I had a hard time finding a firm that matched the values and culture I believed in. By then, I was closely following the team at Ritholtz Wealth Management and was drawn to both their depth of knowledge and the authentic, client-first culture they had built. I reached out to Kris Venne, and the rest is history.
