How I arrived at RWM
"After leaving the Navy in 2005, I took a job at Merrill Lynch in Washington DC. I was looking for something completely different from the military and didn’t want the typical “Navy-Lite” life (such as Booz Allen, Lockheed, etc). When I started, a USMA grad pulled me aside and suggested I read David Rosenberg and Richard Bernstein. Reading Rosenberg led me to Barry’s blog, The Big Picture, which I still read every day.”
Favorite part of the job
“Finding solutions that can help advisors and clients with financial planning is most rewarding.”
When I’m Not Working
“I love staying active with my wife and young sons (12 and 14) by skiing, surfing and running. When Army-Navy square-off in football, I can be found cooking up a big BBQ feast for my friends. We live in Newport, RI.”
